Become the faithful money steward God is calling you to be.

Steward & Grow

Manage your money with confidence, grow your mindset and your bank account, and become the faithful steward God is calling you to be.

trainer-2 png

I know you want to hear, “Well done, my good and faithful servant,” when it comes to how you handled your finances.

To the Christian who desires to honor God with their resources and relationship with money:

Are you ready to become the steward God is calling you to be—so you manage your money confidently with ease, live without money stress, give with wild generosity, and enjoy money without guilt?

In order to do that, you need to learn to manage God’s money His way.

You work diligently. You tithe faithfully. You’re grateful for God’s provision.
But you know you're not stewarding as well as you could be, and you long to hear, “Well done, my good and faithful servant,” when you give an account to Jesus for how you managed the blessings He’s given you, including finances.

When the missions opportunity arises at church, your heart says “yes,” but your bank account says “not yet.”

When God prompts you to help that family in need, you hesitate because you're not sure how much to give—because your money feels messy.

You know the Parable of the Talents teaches multiplication, but nobody showed you the practical how to manage and multiply what God has given you… while becoming the person who is a good steward.

Here’s What’s Missing

God calls us to be faithful stewards, not just grateful recipients.

14-1-IMG png

But somewhere along the way, the church forgot to teach the practical alongside the spiritual when it comes to money.

  • You heard “be content,” but missed how to be faithful with much.

  • You memorized “store up treasures in heaven,” but not how to manage treasures on earth.

  • You were told to “trust God,” but no one taught you our role in stewardship—so you ended up trusting in your bank account instead of the Provider.

  • You make good money, but wonder where it all goes by the end of the month.

  • You want to work together with your spouse as a team and “become one” in your finances…
but your different money tendencies leave you wondering if that’s even possible.

  • You want to retire with dignity, but wrestle with “How much is too much?” so you stay stuck in a cycle where money keeps leaving your bank account instead of growing.

And so you find yourself caught between:

wanting to do more for the Kingdom,

wanting to manage your money with confidence and ease,

wanting to enjoy God’s blessings without guilt…

…but not knowing how to make it all work.

Meanwhile, the work God wants to fund through His people goes underfunded, simply because few Christians were ever taught how to manage and multiply what God has entrusted to them.

I Believe It’s Not Okay That No One Taught You How to Steward and Grow What God Has Given You To Manage.

God entrusts resources to His people for a purpose.
He calls us to be faithful managers. Wise stewards. Generous givers.

But nobody taught you the practical + spiritual system for biblical money management.

And that breaks my heart.

I know this because I learned these principles through painful experience—

- A marriage that ended in divorce over financial chaos.
- Overdraft fees that could have funded a mission trip.
- The humiliation of counting change at the bank just to buy groceries…
- and the teller laughing when I handed her $26 in coins.

But God restored our marriage and revealed something profound:

Stewardship isn’t about getting rich—
it’s about being faithful with whatever He entrusts to us, whether little or much.

My husband and I learned to work together on our finances so we both felt seen and heard, even with different money views on how to budget, pay off debt, and build savings.

And by the grace of God…

  • we’re debt-free,

  • money in the bank,

  • building for our future,

  • and giving generously (while still buying the fancy cheese from the grocery store!)..

Now I guide Christians to manage money with biblical wisdom—
- NOT through guilt or greed,
- but through faithful stewardship that honors God and serves others

(while enjoying His blessings, too!).

You’ve Tried Everything Except What Scripture Actually Teaches About Having a Healthy Relationship With MoneyYou simply haven’t been taught faithful stewardship God’s way — yet.

You’ve tried so many things to “fix” your finances, hoping that this time something would finally work.

Financial Peace University — a good start, but missing the heart and identity transformation
Budgeting apps — tools without biblical wisdom or renewing the thoughts and feelings behind your money
YouTube advice — helpful at times, but filled with worldly wisdom and conflicting methods
Well-meaning relatives — who may love you, but are living off credit cards themselves

And still, nothing created the lasting change you’re longing for.

Because no one ever told you the truth:

Biblical stewardship requires BOTH practical tools AND heart + identity transformation.

Until you align your identity with being God’s faithful manager—called to protect and multiply what He provides—no system will create lasting change.

Apps can’t do that.
Classes can’t do that.
YouTube can’t do that.
Even budgeting itself can’t do that.

Only transformation can.
And transformation begins with learning to steward God’s resources His way.

That’s Why I Created

The Steward & Grow Method

To guide you to manage money intentionally, and to help you change how you think and feel about money so you can create new habits, mindsets, and behaviors that last — and that you can pass on to the next generation.

Because biblical stewardship is not just about your money.
It’s about your heart, your purpose, and your identity as God’s faithful manager.

Practical Tools + Biblical Wisdom + Heart Transformation

This is the core of Steward & Grow.

Step 1

Create Structure

We create structure and organization for your money through a budget and a money roadmap, so you can tell your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.

Step 2

Ignite Vision

We ignite the vision of what you want your future and finances to look like, and break it into bite-sized goals that build discipline and motivation so you get there.

Step 3

Transform Identity

We transform how you think and feel about money, so you have a relationship with it that honors God — and you develop new, lasting mindsets, habits, and behaviors to pass to the next generation.

This is the identity shift that allows you to become the steward God is calling you to be.
Miss any piece, and you’re building on sand instead of rock

Steward and Grow uses this dual method of practical money management and mindset, behavior, and identity transformation that other financial classes or YouTube videos don’t address.

Picture What Happens in 6 Months

The Sunday gut-punch when you can’t give what your heart wants
→ becomes writing that fat check with pure joy.

The 11pm money fight that ends with someone on the couch
→ becomes dreaming together about who to bless next, and high-fiving after successful money conversations.

The shame of wanting nice things as a Christian
→ becomes confidence that your heart is right with God about money.

The anxiety of unexpected expenses (like the $700 car repair)
→ becomes, “Good thing we planned for this.”

The confusion of “Where did our money go?”
→ becomes every dollar having a Kingdom assignment.

Steward and Grow uses a dual method of practical money management and mindset, behavior, and identity transformation that other financial classes or YouTube videos don’t addres

This Transformation Enables You To:

  • Feel like you got a pay raise — without increasing your income

  • Step into an abundance mindset and be open to receiving God’s provision from any place, not just a job or a budget line

  • Write the missionary check the moment God prompts — without spreadsheet gymnastics or fear

  • Say, “Yes, we can host the missionaries,” because you’ve built margin for holy interruptions

  • Watch your teenager proudly say, “My parents taught me to budget,” and pay cash for their first car

  • Accept the job that lights your fire because you’re debt-free and confident in your money habits

  • Sleep through economic headlines that once sent you spiraling — your security is no longer in the stock market

  • Become the family member everyone calls for financial wisdom (not loans)

  • Drop everything to help when crisis hits your small group — because you planned for generosityTeach your children how to check the giving plan, instead of saying, “Money doesn’t grow on trees.”

MORE ABOUT ME

Meet Tracy — Your Christian Financial Coach

My Journey From Change Jar to Abundance

I’ll never forget the bank teller’s face when I brought in $26 in change to cash out for groceries for the week.
She laughed.

And that was my, “I’ve HAD it!” moment.

My husband and I had already racked up $3,000 in overdraft fees for the year — and it was only August. Our different “money languages” felt so insurmountable that we actually divorced. Money wasn’t the only issue, but it was the match that lit the fire.

But God had other plans.

During our separation, my husband gave his life to Christ, and I learned what it meant to live my life for Jesus. He restored our marriage and gave us a second chance — including our finances.

When we remarried, we decided to do things differently.

We dusted off the principles we’d learned from money classes and books over the years — the ones we never actually implemented — and this time, we put them into practice.

We learned to budget together as a team.
We became debt-free.
We built savings.
We learned to communicate about money with honesty, humility, and grace.

And by applying what Scripture really teaches about stewardship — multiplication, preparation, generosity — everything changed.

Today, when God prompts us to give $500 to a missionary, we don’t check the bank first. We’ve already allocated it. We’re building wealth not in spite of our faith, but because of it.

Now I teach Christians the biblical principles, practical tools, and heart transformation I wish someone had taught us years earlier — so they can manage money with confidence, build wealth without guilt, and become the generous Kingdom funders God created them to be.

The Steward & Grow Movement

A community of Christians committed to managing God’s money with confidence, growing their bank accounts with wisdom, and living generously with joy.

This isn’t just coaching—it’s a movement. A shift in how Christians view money, steward resources, and walk out their calling with clarity and purpose. When believers learn to manage money God’s way, stress disappears, generosity expands, and lives transform.

The Steward & Grow Movement exists to equip Christians with the biblical wisdom, practical tools, and renewed identity needed to live as faithful stewards.

we BELIEVE . . .:

  • God entrusts resources to His people for Kingdom impact.

  • Stewardship requires both practical wisdom and heart transformation.

  • Financial peace is possible for every believer.

  • Generosity grows when money stress disappears.

  • Marriage becomes stronger when couples steward together.

  • Wealth can be built without guilt—and enjoyed without shame.

  • Christians should lead the world in financial wisdom and generosity.

Our Vision:

To see Christians become the most confident, generous, and faithful money stewards on earth—funding Kingdom work, modeling healthy financial habits, and transforming generations through wisdom and generosity.

The Heart of the Matter

Imagine Sunday morning. The missionary shares about unreached people groups.

The Holy Spirit prompts you to give. Not out of guilt. Not for recognition. But from overflow.

You and your spouse already discussed it. You've allocated funds for Spirit-led giving. You write the check with joy, knowing your household is cared for AND you can participate in God's work.

Your children watch you demonstrate that money is a tool for God's purposes, not an idol to worship or a source of anxiety.

When unexpected expenses arise? You're prepared, not panicked.

When God opens a door for ministry? Money isn't the barrier.

This is Biblical financial freedom:

  • Not wealth for wealth's sake, but resources for God's purposes

  • Not hoarding in fear, but stewarding with faith

  • Not prosperity gospel, but faithful stewardship

  • Not loving money, but using money to love others

You become God's distribution channel—a pipeline of provision for His purposes.

God Hasn't Called You to Financial Anxiety

He's called you to faithful stewardship. To manage His resources with wisdom. To give with joy rather than fear.

The question isn't "Does God want me to have money?"

The question is: "Am I being faithful with what He's already given me?"

Your next level of generosity is waiting on the other side of learning to steward well.

“N.D.”

I need to share with you: You are such a gift time, in ways I probably won’t ever be able to express this side of heaven. The light I see in you is a steadfast strength, gentle spirit, and being able to “see” people the way God does, in the middle of their brokenness, providing soothing and calming energy and re-focusing on what truly matters. You spoke like into me and truth where I had been believing lies. You accept and honor my feelings and you allow me to be fully myself. Thank you for being you.

You know how reluctant I was to do this in the beginning. That’s all your hard work getting me integrated and gazelle intense! You’ve been the biggest part of keeping us accountable and consistent through this journey, so I think from the both of us, there’s no THANK YOU big enough to show our appreciation for you walking this with us.

We paid off $120,000 of debt in 22 months

STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you guarantee results?

Your transformation depends on your commitment. Just like therapy, discipleship, or spiritual growth, what you put into coaching is what you get out of it.
If you’re willing to show up, be honest, try new things, and take action — you are already set up for success. I will walk with you every step of the way.

Why is the program six months long?

It takes about three months for a budget and money routine to feel natural — and another three months for new habits, mindsets, and systems to become steady and long-lasting.
I want your transformation to continue long after coaching ends, and six months gives you the time, support, and structure to truly change your financial story.

How do I pay you?

You have two options:

Monthly investment over our six months together

Pay-In-Full, which includes an additional month of coaching as a thank-you bonus

Whatever option you choose, we’ll make sure your budget feels safe and supported.

Do I need to be good with numbers to do this?

Not at all. You don’t need to love spreadsheets or math to steward money well. I teach you simple, biblical, practical systems that anyone can follow — even if numbers overwhelm you right now.

What if my spouse isn’t on the same page yet?

This is extremely common. Many couples start coaching with only one spouse participating at first. As you grow in confidence and peace, most spouses naturally become more willing to join.
You can still make incredible progress on your own, and we’ll bring your spouse in when the time is right.

Is this biblically based?

Yes. Every part of the Steward & Grow Method is rooted in Scripture — not prosperity gospel, not guilt-based teaching.
We focus on faithful stewardship, wisdom, generosity, purpose, and honoring God with what He has entrusted to you.

I’ve tried budgeting before and failed. How is this different?

Budgeting apps and systems alone don’t create change because they don’t address your mindset, identity, emotions, beliefs, and habits around money.
This program combines practical tools and transformation — which is why it works when everything else hasn’t.

Will I have to stop enjoying life or feel restricted?

Absolutely not. Stewardship is not deprivation. It’s alignment.
This process actually helps you enjoy God’s blessings without guilt, spend intentionally, and create margin for generosity and rest.

Do you work with singles as well as couples?

Yes! Whether you're married, single, or engaged, financial stewardship applies to every season of life.
Many single Christian men and women love coaching because it helps them build confidence and stability for the future.

What if I feel ashamed of my money situation?

You’re not alone — and you’re not judged here.
Jesus redeems every part of our story, including our finances.
Shame keeps us stuck. Stewardship sets us free.
I’ve walked through overdraft fees, debt, chaos, and even a broken marriage — so I coach with compassion, not condemnation.

Is this financial advising or investing?

No. I’m not a financial advisor and I don’t manage investments.
I help you create the structure, habits, mindset, communication, and biblical stewardship foundation that makes those things easier, safer, and more effective.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

If you desire to honor God with your finances, want clarity and confidence, feel tired of money stress, and are ready for a biblical approach that finally makes sense — you are in the right place.
We’ll talk through everything in your Money Strategy Session so you feel completely at peace with your decision.
